Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

• These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Jade Marie Vocal Coaching.

• By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed via email or phone.

• Payment for each session must be made in full prior to the session commencing. Sessions will not take place without payment.

• Accepted payment methods for in-person sessions: Cash, Cash App, or PayPal.

• Accepted payment methods for online sessions (via Microsoft Teams): PayPal or Cash App only.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are fully chargeable.

• This applies to all reasons, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.

• Repeated cancellations may result in the loss of a regular lesson time or discontinuation of lessons at the discretion of the service provider.

• Any outstanding cancellation fees remain payable regardless of whether lessons continue.

4. Late Arrivals

• If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• No extensions, discounts, or additional time will be provided.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for missed or cancelled sessions, except where a session is cancelled by the service provider.

7. Coaching Environment

• Sessions are conducted in a professional, positive, and supportive environment.

• The coach reserves the right to terminate a session if inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour occurs.

• In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Liability

• Jade Marie Vocal Coaching is not responsible for injury, strain, or damage arising during or as a result of vocal coaching sessions. Clients participate at their own risk.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes in advance.
